The Plaza at Hazeltine consists of 112 apartment units contained in one, 4 story building over a climate-controlled concrete parking garage offering 100 parking stalls.  Thirty (30) additional garage stalls are provided on the first floor (at grade).  The first floor contains the main entry lobby, community room, fitness center, management offices along with apartment units.  The four-story Project will be wood-frame construction with a flat roof featuring architectural parapets and maintenance-free brick, cut-face block and LP “Smartside” exterior finishes.  The Project also offers two (2) hydraulic elevators, roof top patio and golf/sports simulator.  The exterior improvements include putting green, pet area, tot-lot, patio/grilling space, walking trails and surface parking for 134 cars.

This Project is designed to specifically meet the rental housing needs of the community and offers the following unit mix: 13% Studios (15 units at 666 sf), 43% one-bedrooms (48 units ranging from 749 sf to 917 sf), 32% two-bedrooms (36 units ranging from 1,005 sf to 1,244 sf) and 12% three-bedrooms (13 units at 1,490 sf).  The property improvements provide 130 covered parking stalls and 134 surface parking stalls.  Typical floor plans and individual unit plans are included below.

Each apartment unit is equipped with a full, stainless steel, “energy star” kitchen appliance package, ample, solid wood kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, designer bath fixtures, luxury vinyl plank flooring, generous closet space (walk-in closets in some), laundry centers complete with washers & dryers, balcony or patio, mini-blinds and energy-efficient LED lighting.  All units will be heated with a central, self-contained heat/cooling system (“magic-pak”) with individual controls.  The common areas of the building will be heated and cooled by individual, high-efficiency gas-forced air furnaces and central air conditioning systems.
