The Plaza at Hazeltine consists of 112 apartment units contained in one, 4 story building over a climate-controlled concrete parking garage offering 100 parking stalls. Thirty (30) additional garage stalls are provided on the first floor (at grade). The first floor contains the main entry lobby, community room, fitness center, management offices along with apartment units. The four-story Project will be wood-frame construction with a flat roof featuring architectural parapets and maintenance-free brick, cut-face block and LP “Smartside” exterior finishes. The Project also offers two (2) hydraulic elevators, roof top patio and golf/sports simulator.
