Harrison Bay Senior Living will is a 72-unit assisted living building with tuck under garages, as well as surface parking. The building contains 12 two-bedroom units, 40 one-bedroom units, and 20 memory care suites. A variety of floor plans are offered throughout the building. Construction is a wood frame, three-story structure. The building is fire sprinkled throughout and offers two secured access points.
The common areas are designed to support the seniors’ well-being and encourage social interaction and promots a sense of community. Harrison Bay Senior Living will has variety of appealing amenities including Concierge services, Bistro and Pub, Chapel/Community room, Community dining, Outdoor Seating, Wellness Area, and Beauty Salon.
