Gateway Court Townhomes - Shakopee, MN

This Project includes construction of 43-individual townhome units contained within eight total buildings.  The townhome buildings will be wood-frame construction with slab-on-grade foundations. Plans call for five, 5-unit buildings and three, 6-unit buildings.  The townhomes are two stories in height with pitched roofs and covered entries.  Each townhome unit is designed with an attached two-car garage, mechanical room, storage, living room, kitchen with Energy Star appliances and half bathroom on the main level.  The second level floor plans offer three-bedroom layouts with closets, additional storage, washer/dryer and two full bathrooms with single and double-vanity sinks. 

The exterior building components will include a complimentary blend of cultured stone veneer, LP® Smartside smooth and lap siding, accented by a frieze band.  The townhome construction details also feature single-hung vinyl windows with decorative mullions in all windows and doors; architectural-grade asphalt shingles and pre-finished aluminum facia and soffits.  Pre-finished metal gutters and downspouts will also be provided along with concrete patios.  A generous exterior lighting package is provided for added security and mobility after dark.

Each townhome unit will be equipped with a complete, stainless steel, “Energy Star” kitchen appliance package, ample, solid wood kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, designer bath fixtures, luxury vinyl plank flooring, generous closet space (walk-in closets), laundry centers complete with washers and dryers, mini-blinds, and energy-efficient LED lighting.  The townhome units will feature over-sized windows, and self-contained heat/cooling system (“magic-pak”) with individual controls.  Each unit will be equipped with WiFi, cable, and internet capabilities.

A community clubhouse building with fitness area and pickle ball court will also be conveniently located near the center of the community. The clubhouse will be equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, two unisex bathrooms, utility closet and storage.  The clubhouse exterior building components will match the townhome buildings and consist of complimentary blend of cultured stone veneer and LP® Smartside lap siding.  Furthermore, the clubhouse construction will include vinyl windows with a canopy style gable dormer entry with columns.
