Boulder Ponds Senior Living is a 3-story wood-framed structure, with a pitched roof, 9’ ceilings with underground parking. Units include 28 memory care, 67 assisted living and one guest suite. There will be 107 total parking stall, 72 of which will be underground garage stalls. Amenities/services include meal plan(s), bistro, community dining, wellness center with programming and activities, transport van, beauty salon with manicure/pedicure, spa with hydrotherapy tub, community room/chapel, private dining, resident monitoring system, 24/7 staffing,controlled access, generously landscaped lawn with significant plantings, spacious outdoor patios, ample walking paths and a gazebo.
Construction is expected to be completed Fall 2020.
